Guest guest Posted April 17, 2005 Report Share Posted April 17, 2005 Cashew Cream Source: Baking with Stevia (adapted) 1/2 cup raw cashews 1 cup water 1 tbls. oil 1/4 tsp. stevia extract 1 tsp. maple syrup Grind the cashews in part of the water. Add the rest of the water, the oil, stevia, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little more water if a thinner cream is desired.
