Pau D'arco 1 Tbsp. echinacea root 1 cinnamon stick 1 Tbsp. cloves 1 Tbsp. dried ginger 1 quart water Bring water to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Then add: 1 Tbsp. hibiscus flowers 1 Tbsp. orange or lemon peel 1 Tbsp. juniper berries 1 Tbsp. rose hips Steep for 20 minutes. Strain and add apple cider or frozen apple juice concentrate with water.
