Guest guest Posted August 28, 2006 Report Share Posted August 28, 2006 Creamy Tofu Dressing Source: 3ABN 4 oz. firm tofu, water-packed 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. onion, chopped 2 cloves, garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. lemon juice 1. Remove tofu from package. Drain off excess water. 2. Combine all dressing ingredients in blender container or food processor. 3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
