Guest guest Posted June 1, 2004 Report Share Posted June 1, 2004 Lime & Green-Tea Ice Cream Serves 6 {vegan version]- posted to CVC by Denise The combination of lime and green tea is as unusual as it is irresistible. 1 cup soy milk 2 cups soy creamer 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons lime peel, minced 3 tablespoons matcha (green-tea powder) Cherries for garnish Place all the ingredients except the cherries in a blender; blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour the mixture into an ice-cream maker. Freeze according to the ice-cream maker's instructions. Scoop the ice cream into cones or dishes.
