Guest guest Posted May 19, 2004 Report Share Posted May 19, 2004 Cranberry " Tea " 2 quarts fresh cranberries 8 cups water 6 cups orange juice Juice of 4 lemons 4 cups Splenda, or other sugar substitute (stevia; use less OR sugar) 6 cups water Cook the cranberries in 8 cups of water. Drain and press out the pulp. Add 6 cups of orange juice, the juice of 4 freshly squeezed lemons, and 4 cups of Splenda (or alternative) and 6 cups of water. Serve hot or enjoy chilled with ice.
