Guest guest Posted April 19, 2005 Report Share Posted April 19, 2005 Garbanzo Salad *This is one of my inventions. . .and a favorite of our family! 2 cans garbanzos, drained 1 chopped onion 4 chopped roma tomatoes (may substitute) juice of two lemons 2 - 3 cloves garlic, pressed 1 tsp. cumin (generous) salt to taste 1 bunch cilantro, chopped Mix together; serve immediately or marinate.
