Guest guest Posted May 10, 2004 Report Share Posted May 10, 2004 Oriental Dressing 1 clove garlic -- cut in several pieces 1 cup rice vinegar 1 tsp. light soy sauce (gf) 1 slice fresh ginger root -- cut in several pieces Combine garlic, rice vinegar, ginger root, and soy sauce. Let stand for 45 minutes. Strain dressing. Discard garlic and ginger. This dressing features rice vinegar and low-sodium soy sauce infused with the flavors of ginger and galric.
