Great for a fresh vegie dip also! 1 cup cashews, raw and unsalted 1 cup water 2 Tbsp. onions, dehydrated and minced (or fresh) 1 garlic clove, minced 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil Optional: 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds or nutritional yeast herbal seasonings or Bragg's Aminos Blend the cashews very well with enough water to make a liquid before any other ingredients are added.
