Guest guest Posted April 19, 2005 Report Share Posted April 19, 2005 Banana Smoothie *This is a great recipe for those who wish to avoid tofu as an ingredient in smoothies! 1 banana, fresh and ripe 1 banana, frozen; broken into pieces 1/4 cup cashews, raw 1/2 tsp. vanilla Freeze very ripe bananas (peeled) in plastic bag. Blend fresh banana (add a small amount of juice or water if necessary for blending). Add frozen banana, cashews, and vanilla.
