In January 2006, there will be a gluten-free oats available from creamhillestates.com called Pure Oats. How totally cool is that?! The other good news is that Shelley Case (a gf/celiac researcher) has determined that Maltodextrin and Natural Flavouring on ingredients lists are always safe unless otherwise noted. Yippee! The only bad news I got is that Brewer's Yeast has been moved to Not OK. I'm so excited about the oats!
