Guest guest Posted September 6, 2006 Report Share Posted September 6, 2006 I have now tried the dumplings using garbanzo bean (chickpea) flour, instead of soy, the good news is, it works great! My children couldn't tell the difference. My daughter didn't put in the xanthan gum in, and it worked too. I hope you all enjoy it like we do! God Bless.
