Thanks! > I chop up an onion and saute it in olive oil with garlic and a bit of crushed red pepper. Sometimes I add mushrooms, carrots, currants, almonds, or pecans--depends on my mood. Toss in greens (still wet from washing/prepping) and cover. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until the greens are wilted.
