Guest guest
Hi Leana I use a flour mix out of the book " THE GLUTEN FREE GOURMET BAKES BREAD " BY Bette Hagman. the mixure is: 1 1/3 cup garbonzo flour 1 1/3 cup fava flour 1 1/3 cup sorghum flour 4 cups cornstarch 4 cups tapioca flour/starch If recipie call s for 4 cups flour just use 4 cups of the mix. I grind my own garbonzo, fava flours its cheaper that way. Becky , Lena W <lenapeace2008> wrote: > Dear Robin, > May I know what is the 4 mix flour?
