Guest guest Posted March 21, 2005 Report Share Posted March 21, 2005 Spicy Orange-Scented Collard Greens Recipe By : Flying Biscuit Cafe' Serving Size : 1 3 bunches collard greens, triple washed and stemmed 2 cloves garlic -- minced 1 1-inch (2.5cm) knob of fresh ginger -- peeled and minced zest of 1 orange juice of 1 orange 1 small onion -- thinly sliced 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1 1/2 cups vegetable stock Place all ingredients in a large pot, cover, and cook over medium heat until greens are tender and wilted, about 20 minutes.
