Guest guest Posted August 3, 2006 Report Share Posted August 3, 2006 I've cooked a lot of beans and never had problems like I'm having with the last couple of bags I bought. I soaked my baby lima beans overnight like normal, they didn't seem to be soaked enough, so I continued soaking them all day and through the night. When I rinsed them in the morning, some of the beans, 1/2 cup of the 6 cups I soaked, were still rock hard and really flat. The others were nice and plump and ready to cook.
