We have found that by taking your favorite cornbread recipe and substituting with milletmeal you can make a delicious milletbread rather than cornbread. Any ideas? > I have a bag of millet flour I used it to make gravy and it was rich and delcious but I have never seen milletmeal only puffet millet which I used as 'croutons " in salad I also buy a millet bread that probably has milletmeal in it maybe similar to the recipe you use, could you share it?
