Guest guest Posted April 12, 2005 Report Share Posted April 12, 2005 Whipped Cream Source: NEWSTART Lifestyle Cookbook 1 cup extra-rich, cold soy or nut milk 2 tablespoons date butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract (opt.) Pinch salt 2 tablespoons Instant Clear-Jel Process all ingredients, except Clear-Jel, in a blender until very smooth. While blending, add the Clear-Jel. Continue blending until desired consistency is obtained. Add more Clear-Jel, if necessary. Serve immediately. Yields 1 1/4 cups or 10 servings.
