To make as dressing: Mix in lemon and lime juices, 3/4 cup water, and 1/3 cup vegan sour cream or vegan mayo. Put into a jar, close lid tightly, and shake until well-blended. Use immediately. Just before serving. Mix well. NOTE: For a totally dry mix, you can use powdered lemon and lime juices, available from Dixie Diners' Club (www.dixiediner.com). Instead of soy milk powder, you can leave it out, and use soymilk as the liquid in place of water. Instead of the garlic powder, you can leave it out and use 1 clove fresh minced. ================= SOY FREE VGEAN RANCH DRESSING AND RICE MAYO RANCH DRESSING SOY FREE 1 clove garlic, peeled Pinch of salt 1/3 cup rice mayo 3/4 cup rice milk 2 Tbs fresh lime juice 1 Tbs minced fresh parsley 1 Tbs minced fresh chives Salt and pepper Put garlic and salt into a processor, and process to a paste.
