Guest guest Posted February 25, 2004 Report Share Posted February 25, 2004 TOFU SALAD 8 oz. tofu, cut into 1/2 inch cubes 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 c. thinly sliced cucumber 1 c. finely chopped tomatoes 1/2 c. sliced green onions 1/4 c. chopped walnuts Serve on lettuce leaves.
