Guest guest Posted April 12, 2005 Report Share Posted April 12, 2005 http://ethnomed.org/ethnomed/cultures/ethiop/teff.html has an excellent article on it, and after looking at several different sources, yes, it APPEARS that Teff is the only grain that does have a 'symbiotic yeast " (yeast found already on the grain).
