Guest guest
Does anybody here use rice bran oil? I was just wondering if there are any concerns with it containing anything with wheat/gluten. Does it tend to be 100% from rice bran or a mixed oil? I've seen it in the supermarket/health food shops and found this info on the net: http://www.huntergatherer.net.au/perl/product_info.pl? p=1928 & b=233 & c=25 & g=915 & pg=viewgroup I'm not a coeliac but have become increasingly sensitive to wheat & yeast over the past couple of years. I've been eggs only vegetarian then vegan (then eggs only vegetarian) then vegan again etc. over the past couple of years too. However, I feel my best and strongest when I'm gluten-free and vegan (at the same time!) so I'm endeavouring to achieve this and maintain it in my regular diet. Guest guest
Hi Daian, I haven't personally used rice bran oil (I have seen it though), but there are several members od the GFCFAustralia group that use it for their autistic kids.
