Guest guest Posted April 12, 2005 Report Share Posted April 12, 2005 Tofu " Yogurt " Recipe Source: Dr. John McDougall One 12-ounce cake of organic Silken tofu 1 frozen banana (peel it before freezing) 1 fresh banana 1 teaspoon brown rice syrup (or other sweetener) 1 cup fruit juice or water Blend all ingredients at medium speed until creamy.
