It's super healthy and great for breakfast, snacks and sweet enough as a derrert. 2-3 oz soft/silken tofu 1 tbsp peanut (or almond) butter 1 banana dash of cinnamon blend all ingrediants in a bleder until smooth. great on rice cakes, your favorite gf bread/roll or by itself with a spoon!
