Just like the airplane decreasing in altitude towards your destination, the

excitement will grow while your waistline shrinks :)

Please keep us updated

Hi Dragon...All,

I understand your frustration, but not getting over stressed is a good plan.

No loss is better than gain!

I know we are all on your side and are giving virtual support!

Confession time:

Today I weighed. 151.7

This is up from about 145 when I began to really plan to lose.

What happened?

Well, only the " Shadow Knows " ...so I have weighed, taken out a fresh bright red

notebook and will be writing down weights/dates, and ALL my food intake. [each

morsel] Sigh.

I will check in for your support, but hope not to bore you as I progress

downward <---that is my plan!

Thanks Barbara - I can't believe I am STILL at 293 - I work so hard at this BUT

I had medication and that always throws me out - ah well maybe we can be diet

buddies eh!

The support on here is fantastic and knowing that no-one on here says anything

nasty because we all know how hard we fight to lose the blubber!
