I know we are all on your side and are giving virtual support! Confession time: Today I weighed. 151.7 This is up from about 145 when I began to really plan to lose. What happened? Well, only the " Shadow Knows " ...so I have weighed, taken out a fresh bright red notebook and will be writing down weights/dates, and ALL my food intake. [each morsel] Sigh.
