I do hope you can find it retail — if wholesalers can get it, it’s available somewhere! I wonder what they’re using it for? I had never heard of it until I went vegan, and only use it to make seitan — have no idea what else it would be used for. LOL Good luck in your search. I hope the company can tell you where to find a local reseller.
