Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00

Categories : Pasta Vegan

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

1/2 cup Rice Flour

1/2 cup Potato Flour

1/4 cup Corn flour

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil -- (1 to 2)

2 fluid ounces Water -- approx

1. Sift the dry ingredients together 3 or 4 times to ensure they are

evenly mixed. Place in a large mixing bowl and make a well in the

centre.

2. Add the oil and water and gradually mix the dry ingredients into

the liquid to form a stiff dough. Knead the dough into a smooth ball.

3. Roll out the dough on a well floured surface (use extra cornflour)

as thinly as possible. This dough is very fragile so the use of a

pasta machine is not recommended. Cut into noodles, and chill until

ready to use.

4. To cook - add the noodles to boiling salted water and cook for 8 -

10 minutes.
