Lightly oil a 1-1/2 quart baking dish or spray with a nonstick cooking spray. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Cover and bake 40 minutes.
