Delicious Calcium-Rich Dairy-Free Vegetarian Recipes 5 ounces firm tofu 3 ounces regular tofu or soft tofu 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar 1 clove garlic -- minced 1/2 tablespoon almond butter 1/2 tablespoon salt In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth.
