Guest guest Posted April 10, 2005 Report Share Posted April 10, 2005 Creamy Tofu Topping Source: Tofu and Soyfoods Cookery - Peter Golbitz 1 1/4 cups firm silken tofu -- crumbled 3 tablespoons sweetener of choice 1 teaspoon vanilla Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
