Guest guest Posted April 10, 2005 Report Share Posted April 10, 2005 Almond Milk Source: The Joy of Cooking Naturally 1 C almonds 2 or 3 C water pinch salt A few dates 1/2 t vanilla (opt.) Soak almonds overnight in water, or bring to a quick boil and allow to set for a few minutes. Rinse well, and blend in fresh water. Pour into a bag or cheesecloth and milk out liquid.
