Guest guest Posted October 6, 2005 Report Share Posted October 6, 2005 Millet Meal in a Casserole Source: Clear Creek Kitchen 1 c. Tofu (extra firm, cubed) 1-2 Tbsp. Liquid Aminos 3 c. Water (boiling) 1 c. Onions (chopped) 3 cloves Garlic (crushed) 1 c. Millet (uncooked) 1 c. Carrots (sliced) 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 ea. Bay Leaf 1/2 tsp. Sesame Oil 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil (or canola oil) Instructions: Place cubed tofu in a bowl, and pour the liquid aminos (Bragg) over the top. Let it set to aquire flavor. Set the water to boil. Place the remaining ingredients in a casserole dish. Mix well. Add the tofu and liquid aminos. Add the boiling water. Mix. Cover the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, stir, and bake about 15 minutes longer or until the liquid is absorbed.
