If you are not a pumpkin fan, you can also roast squash the same way. Serve with your holiday meal. Prep Time: approx. 15 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 1 Hour 45 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 2 hours . Makes 4 servings. 4 small sugar pumpkins, seeded 2 cups applesauce 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon salt and pepper to taste Directions 1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish. 2 In a small bowl, mix applesauce, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each pumpkin. 3 Place pumpkins in the prepared baking dish.
