Guest guest
I wanted to make some olive rolls similar to those served at some restaurants to serve with " Crockpot Minestrone (SF) " last night. I used " Besan Bread Mix (*SF) " (you can also use the " Besan Bread (*SF) " recipe), made as for a normal loaf, and added : 2 tsp mixed herbs 6 cloves garlic, crushed 3/4 cup sliced black olives Made in the breadmaker on the " Dough " setting (or " Pizza " setting on mine), spooned the risen dough into muffin pans and baked at 350F (180C) for 35 minutes. When serving, I put some extra virgin olive oil in small bowls with a splash of balsamic vinegar for dipping the rolls into. All the family really enjoyed these and they were a perfect accompaniment to the minestrone. Kim
