Fruit Tapioca Salad

3 1/2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca

1 Tbsp. corn starch

1/4 cup sweetener of choice

3 cups juice (from canned fruit plus orange juice)

2 cans Mandarin oranges

1 can pineapple chunks

3 sliced bananas

 

Heat tapioca, corn starch, sweetener and 3 cups juice in sauce pan

until thickened. Stir to keep from sticking. Add Mandarin orange,

pineapple chunks and banana slices. Chill before serving.
