Minute tapioca 1 Tbsp. corn starch 1/4 cup sweetener of choice 3 cups juice (from canned fruit plus orange juice) 2 cans Mandarin oranges 1 can pineapple chunks 3 sliced bananas Heat tapioca, corn starch, sweetener and 3 cups juice in sauce pan until thickened.
