Guest guest Posted December 13, 2004 Report Share Posted December 13, 2004 Barbecued Garbanzo Dip Source: The McDougall Quick & Easy Cookbook 1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed 1/4 c. diced canned green chilies 1/4 c. fat free barbecue sauce 3/4 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
