Guest guest Posted December 13, 2004 Report Share Posted December 13, 2004 Pinto Bean Dip Source: The McDougall Quick & Easy Cookbook 1 16 oz.. can fat free refried beans 5 oz. lite silken tofu 3/4 c. salsa 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic 1 tsp. chili powder 2 to 3 green onions, chopped Place all ingredients, except the green onions. in a food processor.
