Guest guest
I made some surprisingly successful pancakes from chickpea flour, Allergy Care egg-replacer and (unsweetened) soya milk. Can't give you a detailed recipe as the proportions were a matter of trial and error but the important thing seemed to be to not to make the batter too thick. They were great with savoury fillings. Sweet fillings didn't appeal so much with the chickpea flavour, but I tend not to like sweet-and-savoury combinations anyway, so most people might also find them fine with jam or whatever. Hope this helps! Anna > Message: 1 > Sat, 08 Apr 2006 15:50:42 -0000 > " Tracey " <tracey2618 > favorite pancake recipe > > Good morning everyone!
