Guest guest Posted December 13, 2004 Report Share Posted December 13, 2004 Bean Guacamole Source: The McDougall Quick & Easy Cookbook 1 15 oz. can white beans, drained and rinsed 1 small avocado, mashed 1/2 c. mild salsa 1/4 c. finely chopped green onions 2 T. canned chopped green chilies 2 T. chopped cilantro 1 T. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic 1/4 tsp. salt Mash the beans with a bean or potato masher.
