Guest guest Posted December 13, 2004 Report Share Posted December 13, 2004 Ten-Minute Chili Source: The McDougall Quick & Easy Cookbook 2 15 oz. cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed 2 c. fat free spaghetti sauce 2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. ground cumin dash of cayenne pepper (optional) Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ladle into bowls and serve. NOTE: We like to serve these with baked tortilla chips. Or we put it over gf pasta, etc... The kids like this recipe!
