Guest guest Posted December 13, 2004 Report Share Posted December 13, 2004 Fiesta Black Bean Dip Source: The McDougall Quick & Easy Cookbook 2 15 oz. cans black beans, drained and rinsed 12 oz. fresh salsa, slightly drained 2 T. tomato paste 1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic 1/8 c. fresh parsley, minced Mix all ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl.
