It is possible to be vegan and gluten free on a low budget?

Yes, make basic plain foods and avoid commercially prepared products. Use

tvp and rice noodles (like erowon not tinkyada), rice and potatoes with

beans, etc. We eat lots of chili, green pea soup. Raw vegetables when we

can. Rarely nut gravies or such.
