Guest guest Posted December 21, 2004 Report Share Posted December 21, 2004 Hello, I found two vegan products help me if I want to prepare dishes that are vegetarian/ without and animal protein: Smart Ground by " Lite Life, " and adding TVP, (textured vegetable protein, to soups, stews, chili, etc. Seitan is people haven't tried this is another possiblity. Perhaps Amy Caroline already knows of this though. I was told that someone who ate my chili with TVP though, had no idea there wasn't ground meat in it due to the similar texture.
