Guest guest
Greetings- Recently, my hubby brought home Gulden's Spicy Brown mustard from the market and was very excited to have found a mustard without the obligatory 'natural flavors'.. I very sadly pointed out 'spices' to him on the ingredient list, and we sat together checking the Gulden's homepage.. Now, they say that if a product contains an ingredient which would upset a person's wheat allergy, by law it must state so on the label.. There is no mention of 'wheat' on the label, so I trust them that they would label 'this product contains wheat' if the Spicy Brown contained wheat.. He is also allergic to MSG and Guldens says something similar about MSG containing products, that by law they have to label which products contain it.. On the label, however, the ingredient list includes 'Spices' but does not mention MSG or warn those who are sensitive to MSG away.. 'Spices' sometimes means MSG, but since there was no warning, as mentioned on Gulden's site, I am wondering if this mustard contains MSG.. Has anyone had a positive or negative experience with Gulden's mustard..? Anyone interested in sharing experiences, or a favorite mustard brand..? Thank you for reading and responding.. Good luck to all.. peace, ivy Win a $20,000 Career Makeover at HotJobs http://hotjobs.sweepstakes./careermakeover
