Guest guest Posted April 18, 2005 Report Share Posted April 18, 2005 Greek Salad Dressing Source: Women's Ministries Cooking Demonstration *To be used for the Garden Greek Salad; recipe posted previously. 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice 1/2 tsp. maple syrup or pinch of sugar or stevia 2 Tbs. green onion, sliced thin 1 Tbs. fresh oregano or 1 tsp. dried oregano 4 Tbs. olive oil 1/4 tsp. salt 2 garlic cloves, minced Mix all dressing ingredients in a container that can be shaken.
