Guest guest Posted April 18, 2005 Report Share Posted April 18, 2005 Tomato Salad Source: The New McDougall Cookbook 4 - 5 large vine-ripened tomatoes 1 medium green bell pepper 1 small sweet onion 1 - 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh basil 1/3 cup oil-free Italian dressing Coarsely chop the tomatoes, pepper, and onion.
