Allow to sit one hour until softened, drain. 1 1/2 cups water 2 Tbsp. oil 1 small onion, chopped Blend soaked soybeans in water with onion and oil at high speed until well pureed, 2 - 3 minutes. 1 Tbsp. chicken style seasoning 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/2 tsp. turmeric Add seasonings and pour into hot oiled skillet. Stir constantly until thickened, then cover and cook slowly for 20 - 30 minutes until dry, stirring occasionally.
