Guest guest Posted November 2, 2005 Report Share Posted November 2, 2005 UNCOOKED MARMALADE 3 cups mixed, dried fruit (prunes, apricots, peaches, pears, apples, etc.) 1 cup crushed pineapple honey Soak the dried fruit overnight, using a minimum of water. Make sure all the pits and seeds have been removed. Put the soaked fruits through a food grinder (or food processor). Add pineapple and mix completely. Add honey to taste.
