Maple Pecan Iced Dream

 

1 1/2 cups soy milk, vanilla flavored

1 package silken tofu, aseptic-packed

1/3 cup maple syrup (to taste)

1/3 cup sugar (Florida Crystals)

1 tsp. maple flavor

1/2 tsp. vanilla flavor

2/3 cup pecan pieces

 

Blend all ingredients together (except pecans) in a food processor or blender.

Stir in pecans and pour into an ice cream maker. Follow the machine's

directions. Remove and eat right away or place in container and freeze.
