I have a couple of questions: (1) What is a " typical " menu for most of you? I find myself getting bored with my options already. (It doesn't help that I've not tried as many recipes as I should have.) But, seriously, do any of you have favorites that you make on a regular basis? What do you do about breakfast? Question #2: I've seen vegan recipes that call for soy cheese. When I read the ingredients on the soy cheeses at the grocery store, however, they have milk protein in them.
